We’ve been very busy revamping the Newseum digital classroom website, and we think you’ll be excited about all of the new tools and interactive features. The new structure and look comes with a new name — NewseumED — which reinforces our commitment to education.
All your favorite content from the former digital classroom website (modules on the civil rights and women’s suffrage movements) and the Newseum Education website (classes and training opportunities, field trip information, blog posts, etc.) will now be in one easy-to-use place. The site is designed for educators both planning a Newseum visit and not.
NewseumED has a soft launch this week and will be previewed in four sessions during Teacher Open House on Oct. 3. It will officially launch in early October.
