Ready to rock the night away? Tickets are now on sale for Newseum Nights: On the Rocks, the third and final event in the 2015 Newseum Nights series! Explore the controversies that arise when rock ‘n’ roll artists use their First Amendment rights at a special after-hours party Tuesday, Nov. 10, featuring an open beer and wine bar, hors d’oeuvres, access to the Newseum’s galleries, and historically groundbreaking music – including a live performance from famed ‘90s cover band White Ford Bronco.
Activities throughout the night allow you to get up close and personal with some of the Newseum’s most popular exhibits. Listen in on gallery talks with museum curators, including an exclusive sneak peak at the revamped “Inside Today’s FBI: Fighting Crime in the Age of Terror” exhibit three days before it opens to the public. You can also win door prizes, write a message about your favorite band on our glass elevator walls, create lasting memories in the Newseum Nights rock ‘n’ roll selfie station and photobooth, go home with unique Newseum Nights swag, and much more! Plus, all attendees will receive a $20 credit from Lyft for new users and an offer card for a complimentary mezze at Zaytinya by José Andrés.
Tickets are $50 for the general public and $40 for Newseum members. Or, grab the best deal in town: get a free “On the Rocks” ticket when you purchase a new individual Newseum Press Pass membership through the Newseum Nights ticket sale — plus, as a member, you’ll get early access to the party and skip the general admission line.
You must be 21 and older to attend Newseum Nights.
