Newseum’s After-Hours Event Series Returns Oct. 26 With Newseum Frights

The Newseum’s after-hours event series, Newseum Nights, returns this month with a Halloween-themed spook-tacular evening. Each Newseum Nights event is a chance to explore the museum’s popular exhibits and galleries while enjoying bites from Wolfgang Puck, an open beer and wine bar, as well as numerous special activities.

This month’s party, Newseum Frights, will be held from 8:30-11p.m., Friday, Oct. 26. This special evening will feature a silent disco powered by DC Fray, live music from The 7 Deadlies, ghoulishly glamorous makeovers from GLAMSQUAD, palm and tarot card readings and more! Attendees can also explore the Newseum’s newest exhibit, “Pictures of the Year: 75 Years of the World’s Best Photography,” while taking part in curator-led gallery talks. Put on your creepiest costume and join us for fang-tastic fun at this can’t-miss, scary celebration!

Become a member to enjoy VIP treatment with an early start to the party at 8 p.m. through a special “Members-Only” line at our Pennsylvania Avenue entrance.
