What should I do if I don’t receive an email confirmation?

Failure to receive confirmation may be due to a variety of reasons. Two causes may be:

A. Your spam filter may have blocked it. We recommend that you check your junk mail folder and add ticketing@newseum.org to your safe senders list.

B. You may have entered an incorrect or incomplete email address. Please call 888/NEWSEUM (888/639-7386) with your confirmation number, and we will confirm that your order has been placed.
