Killed Dec. 2 in a car accident 210 miles west of Baghdad. The car, carrying a driver and another Norwegian journalist, was traveling to the Iraqi capital when it ran off the road and overturned. Danielsen, a cameraman for TV2, was killed. The other occupants were injured. The car was traveling along one of the few entry points into Iraq because of U.N. sanctions that ban air travel.
