Disappeared Oct. 1 at age 32. Was taken from her home at the same time as her husband, Horacio Felix Bertholet. The details and circumstances of her death are unknown. During the military regime of 1976 to 1983, thousands of Argentines, including journalists, were imprisoned, tortured and killed without trial. Many have never been found; they are called “the disappeared ones.”
