A deputy editor of the royalist party's radio station Ta Prum, he was shot dead on Oct. 18 in broad daylight in Phnom Penh by a gunman on a motorcycle. A senior party official said the killing was politically motivated. The editor, 37, was known for his critical reporting of the Cambodian prime minister.
