TV reporter al-Tumeizi was covering fighting in Baghdad when U.S. helicopters opened fire on a Bradley armored vehicle nearby that was on fire. Al-Tumeizi was taping a report -- later aired by his channel -- when an explosion caused him to double over and yell, "I'm dying, I'm dying." He died moments later. The Army said the helicopters fired at the disabled vehicle to destroy it.
