Ocloo, a television sports reporter and communications director for Togo’s national soccer team, was killed when hooded gunmen opened fire on the soccer team’s bus. The team was en route to the African Nations Cup competition in Angola. An assistant coach and the bus driver also were killed in the attack, and several others were injured. A separatist group took credit for the attack. Ocloo was 35.
