Group Visits

Groups that purchase 10 or more tickets are eligible for discounted admission and require advance reservations. If your church, family, scout or other group would like to purchase tickets, please contact the Group Tours Hotline at 202/292-6690 Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. ET.

Discounted Independent Group Rates

• Adults and seniors (19 and older): $15.95 plus tax
• Youth (18 and under): $10.95 plus tax

All group reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance to qualify for the discounted rate and will require pre-payment by credit card. The Newseum accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds for no-shows or unused tickets.

Free Student Admission

DC Metro Area School Field Trip Rates

• Students: Free
• Chaperones: Free*
• Additional Adults: $15

Public and private school students in grades 1–12 receive free, general admission.

To qualify, schools must have a group reservation and be located in one of the jurisdictions listed below.

College and university professor-led field trips located in the same areas listed below also receive free admission. To qualify, colleges must make group reservations in advance.
