Adult Team Building

The Newseum offers interactive, experiential, team-building activities for adult groups.

Media Ethics

The press may be free, but is it a free-for-all? Is it OK to clean up a quote, or go on air without knowing the entire story?

This one-hour enrichment program will introduce key principles of ethical journalism to your team and get them thinking how media covers today’s stories. Using real-life case studies, your team debates how to apply these principles and experiences the decision-making process that goes on behind-the-scenes in journalism. Participants learn to express and respect different viewpoints, all while becoming more informed media consumers.
