	Photographer Carol Guzy begins her career with The Miami Herald in 1980 and moves to The Washington Post in 1988. She photographs the human toll of conflict in Haiti, Rwanda and Kosovo. "It's always the innocents that suffer the most from . . . mindless conflicts and ethnic hatred," says Guzy. She wins three Pulitzer Prizes for her work.
