The Young Turks will host a live episode of the award winning online news and politics show from the Newseum’s Knight Studio. Host Cenk Uygur and Ben Mankiewicz will discuss the biggest and most important political news of the day featuring their trademark unfiltered, progressive and truth-to-power opinions.

This special White House Correspondents Week episode will later air on The Young Turks’ YouTube channel.

Following the show, The Young Turks and the Newseum Institute will present a panel discussion beginning at 4 p.m. called “Do the Media Have Any Real Power?” moderated by Gene Policinski, chief operating officer of the Newseum Institute, and featuring Cenk Uygur, Yahoo News chief investigative correspondent Michael Isikoff and New York Times best-selling author Dylan Ratigan.

The Young Turks is the largest online news and politics show in the world with 38 million views per month, more than 2 million subscribers and 1.8 billion lifetime views.

College students who mention the show and show a valid student ID will get free admission to the Newseum on April 24.
